STEPS TO ACHIEVE YOUR SECOND LEVEL CERTIFICATION BMP
Certification: Ensure you possess certification as a Certified Basic Mentoring Practitioner (BMP).
Proven Experience: Demonstrate your year of experience by attaching a session in mp4, mp3, or a document detailing your activity, including names, types of processes, dates, hours invested, and beneficiary contacts.
Continuing Education: Validate your commitment to learning by completing and passing at least fifty (50) hours of training in key tools for personal and organizational development, supported by a training center recognized by RGMentors.
Provide your Mentoring Session: Present a session with the approval of your Mentee, highlighting the effective application of mentoring concepts and practices.
Accreditation Exam: Demonstrate your mastery of the knowledge contained in the Professional Mentor Guide by passing the exam with a minimum score of 80% on the RGMentors platform.

REQUIREMENTS TO ACHIEVE THE CXPM CERTIFICATION
Previous Certifications: Ensure you have the Basic Mentoring Practitioner (BMP) and Certified Professional Mentor (CPM) certifications as a solid foundation for your journey to excellence.
Continuing Education: Demonstrate your commitment to continuous improvement by completing and passing a minimum of twelve (12) hours of training in communication, relational, and consciousness expansion tools, essential for comprehensive human development and effective organizational strategies.
Evidence of Expertise: Present tangible evidence of your experience and expertise as a Mentor, with at least three years of experience. Use a Workbook and submit written documents, case analyses, recorded sessions, etc., for GMN to evidence your unique contribution as a Professional Mentor.
Accreditation Exam: Rise to the intellectual challenge by taking the accreditation exam based on the Expert Professional Mentor Guide, ensuring you achieve a minimum score of 80% and validating your exceptional knowledge.
