What is a DAO?
A Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) is an organization that operates without a leader making decisions for the organization's direction. Instead, the leader only executes the will of its members, who express themselves through surveys and votes recorded in smart contracts on a technological basis called Blockchain. Each member expresses their vote, which is weighted by a number called a "Token" representing the level of involvement the member has in the organization.

Who is Alejandro Motta?
Alejandro Motta is an Electronic Engineer specialising in process automation, with formal education in Business Administration, Marketing, and Finance. For nearly 20 years, he has founded and led his engineering company holding, and also established a project incubator called "Emprendedores.LA", focused on traditional, social, and technological ventures.
Since March 2013, he has been shaping the well-known Red Global de Mentores (RGM) and is now co-founding the Global Mentoring Network (GMN).
